LONGING shoot for INDIE
The exhibition Longing at STUDIOLO Berlin brought an array of artists together to create something exceptionally innovative. Italian photographer Daniele Ansidei portrayed wild animals presented “dead or alive” as a trophy of human sovereignty, Los Angeles based industrial designer Jonathan Olivares turned gym instruments into a more animalistic wild life aesthetic. Both interpretations alluded to the unspoken conviction that something is missing from our lives. Meanwhile Berlin based photographer Daan Dam took a fashion approach on the exhibition, using models, textures, and lighting to showcase the works of Olivares and Ansidei in a subjective real life form.
